d. Assessment Responses and Results
AmpedRFP is designed so that your assessment responses, saved progress, scores, recommendations, and generated results are stored locally in your browser.
AmpedRFP does not require or support uploading an RFP document. You should not enter confidential personal information, payment-card information, protected health information, government identification numbers, or other sensitive personal data into assessment fields.
Your assessment responses and results are not stored in your AmpedCX or AmpedRFP account and are not intentionally transmitted to or stored on AmpedCX servers as part of the assessment functionality.
Account status, purchase status, and product-access information may be stored separately through Wix or another service provider. Those records do not include your assessment responses unless you voluntarily provide those responses to us.
If you choose to send, discuss, or otherwise share assessment responses or results with AmpedCX, including as part of a consultation, support request, or related service, the information you share will be treated as information you voluntarily provide and handled under this Privacy Policy and any applicable service agreement.
